Company Director
Tom Mariner is the Company Director of Mariner Projects Limited.
Starting his career as a labourer, he now has over 14 years of management experience within the roofing industry. He approaches each project with the care and enthusiasm required to exceed clients' expectations, regardless of project size and value.
Holding a NEBOSH Diploma in Construction Health and Safety, Tom is passionate about ensuring safe workplaces for all within the business and building and maintaining relationships where collaboration amongst all project members is encouraged to reach a common goal of completing projects on time with a high level of safety and quality.
Within Mariner Projects, he focuses on Education and Commercial projects and has responsibility for Company Development, Health & Safety Management and Commercial Contract Management.

Ross
Operations Manager
Ross is the Operations Manager of Mariner Projects Limited.
Ross has 13 years of experience in the Fire Service, where he developed critical thinking and leadership skills. In addition, he has 20 years of experience in the construction industry, managing projects, and has a proven ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
With valuable leadership training (ILM), Ross remains focused on the whole team's needs. He delivers projects that will exceed the expectations of all parties, with particular care taken over the operational requirements.
Establishing and maintaining productive relationships within Mariner Projects is key, and from this platform, Ross is responsible for implementing Contract and Operational Management.
Lynne
Office & Accounts Manager
Lynne is the Office & Accounts Manager of Mariner Projects Limited.
Lynne brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. Her impressive academic background includes three degrees – Health and Social Care (Psychology and Nursing) from Southampton University, Social Work from the Open University, and a Higher Education Teaching Cert.
Before joining Mariner Projects, Lynne's extensive career in the NHS and Local Authorities saw her implementing efficient systems and ensuring the successful management of organisational objectives. Additionally, her experience in account management within the banking industry adds valuable financial acumen to the team.
Lynne's strong organisational skills, combined with her understanding of people and processes, make her pivotal to the smooth running of Mariner Projects.
